Hey I am new here and love many different styles of music. But, since a year and half, I also sing and write music myself (and even though I am pretty green, some people say I do a good job at it).
I am not sure if it is against the rules to ask for comments and suggestions (feedback) for my own musical endeavors as well?? Couldn't really figure it out . I read the rules and it did not mention it.
So anyway forgive me if I am posting this link anyway, see if anybody does have some tips. I got some inspiration from The Cure and David Bowie, but my vocals are very country/folk infused, and I have a punky higher register. My songs are catchy, some are poppy, some are dark...
and all alone so far solo acoustic. So it is not like I am really promoting my own band here, it is really about just getting some feedback, i would really appreciate it! Thanks so much xoxo Lony  very cool smileys over here BTW
