so you people might aswell try some true death metal, rather than slipknot and linkin park bullshit.
try starting with melodic and cheesy bands like Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquility, Hypocrisy, etc.
then, if you can handle it, get into some oldschool stuff like Possessed, Pestilence, Obituary and Morbid Angel.
Once you get over that, try some brutal/technical death like Suffocation, (new CDs especially good) Dying Fetus, Nile and Aborted.
if you like any of the bands listed, you might aswell ask for more bands like the especific one you like and i can help you.
lets get over the shitty bands and into the real shit.
