I was just wondering if anyone could tell me who this artist of this song was? Thanks for any help.

The lyrics go like this :

I remember that song....I believe the title is "get up on it" the artist I think is named Dion...but good luck finding it. Its on a Various Artist Compilation CD and I don't know which one it is.....Good Luck! Unsure
